Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Tripomad platform. These terms govern your use of our marketplace for booking unique experiences across Morocco.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tripomad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of the Platform
Tripomad is a marketplace connecting travelers with local experience providers in Morocco. You may use the platform to discover, book, and review experiences. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or impersonate others.
4. Bookings and Payments
When you book an experience, a 40% deposit is charged immediately. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Bookings are confirmed only after the provider accepts. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include a 30 MAD service fee.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the experience start time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit. Providers may have additional cancellation terms displayed on their listing.
6. Provider Obligations
Providers must deliver the experience as described in their listing. Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, responding to bookings within 24 hours, and ensuring the safety and quality of their services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Tripomad to share contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, emails) in messages before a confirmed booking. You may not post false reviews, engage in fraud, or circumvent the platform's payment system.
8. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, reviews). By submitting content, you grant Tripomad a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it on the platform and in marketing materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tripomad is a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of providers or customers. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
